DRIVER PAY -

Starting driver pay is up to 75cpm

Base Pay + Per Diem + Service Incentive + Safety Incentive + Fuel Incentive.

BASE PAY -

3 year 40 + 16 per diem = 56 cpm
4 year 42 + 16 per diem = 58 cpm
5 year 44 + 16 per diem = 60 cpm

SERVICE INCENTIVES -

0.03 per mile

*On time pick up and deliveries (no driver related service failures)
*All trips scanned & turned in on time time.
*Proper communication

SAFETY INCENTIVE -

0.03per mile

*Record of duty kept accurate and up to date
*No Unnecessary Log Violations
*No Accidents/Citations

FUEL INCENTIVE-

DETENTION -

$15.00 per hour, maximum $165 in any 24-hour period

Shipper/Receiver Related - Detention at Shipper/Receiver starts 3 hours after appointment with on-time check-in.

We pay detention regardless of whether or not we can collect it.

Dispatch Related - Dispatch will be allowed 3 hours after opening of business (0800) to secure a load. In the event dispatch fails to secure a load for the driver, detention will start accruing until a load is booked, or the driver is instructed to reposition the equipment. No dispatch-related detention will start between the hours of 5 pm & 8 am.

Equipment Related - In the event of an equipment failure that necessitates on-road repair, and these repairs prevent on-time pickup or delivery of a load, driver will be accordingly.

There may be other situations when detention may be paid, and will be up to the discretion of dispatch/operations.

INSPECTION BONUS -

For clean inspections with ZERO violations

Level 1 - $150
Level 2/3 - $75

HOME TIME -

1 day “home time” for every 5 days available.
We do not limit the days you can accrue.

If you want to run 300 days straight, and then take off 60 days, your truck will be waiting for you.
Your home time starts midnight the day after your truck is returned to the terminal.

Example - You unload 10 pm Tuesday, the Truck is checked back into the terminal Wednesday at 8 am, and your home time starts Thursday.

REQUIREMENTS -

3 years of verifiable driving experience
1 year of reefer experience

Must have stayed with one carrier for at least 12 consecutive months in the last 3 years

US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Speak/Read/Write English to such extent that is readily understandable
Able to pass DOT physical examination and drug screen
Possess original Social Security card and CDL

No felonies in last 5 years (after 5 years, each will be evaluated individually)

No felonies involving commercial vehicles ever
No felonies involving transportation of illegal substances ever
No failed drug/alcohol tests, or S.A.P. in the last 12 months
No more than 1 DOT recordable/preventable accident in last 5 years
No reckless or careless driving charge in past 5 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 5 years
No speeding 10-14mph in last 2 years or l5+mph in last 5 years
No seatbelt or Cell Phone violations in last 5 years

ADDITIONAL STANDARDS -

Drivers must be clean and presentable at all times. You are the face of our business. If you look bad, we look bad.

Equipment is to be kept clean and presentable at all times. We will without question authorize 1 truck and trailer wash per week. In times of adverse weather, we will authorize more.
