Whether you prefer regional runs throughout the Upper Midwest or occasional OTR lanes to the East Coast, you'll have the opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its drivers.
What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:
- $0.65- $0.70CPM + .05cpm (dependent on experience and OTR or Regional)
- $1,400 Guaranteed Weekly Pay

- Low office turnover, so you build relationships
Regional Fleet Information :
- Run consistent freight throughout the Upper Midwest
- More frequent home opportunities
- Strong customer freight network
OTR Fleet Information:
- Run the Midwest to East Coast lanes
- Typical schedules 1-2 weeks out
- High mileage opportunities
Home Time:
- Home Weekly or bi-weekly depending on where you live.
- Out 2 Weeks - 2 Days Home
- Florida out 3-4 weeks, home 3 days.
- OTR Primarily Runs in the East and Florida
- Regional primarily runs in the upper Midwest. MI/IL/MO/MN/MI/OH/IN/IA
Job Requirements:
- Must Be at Least 23 Years of Age
- 1 Year of Tractor Trailer Driving Experience in the Last 3 Years
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1 Year Refrigerated Experience
- Safety-focused operators
- Drivers who take pride in their equipment and service
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Drivers looking for long-term stability and career growth
