Experience: ... 2 years of verifiable OTR Experience

Age:Minimum 23 years of age

Safety:

• No speeding tickets for 15 mph or more
• No more than 3 moving violations or 6 points during the current 3 year period
• No preventable Oos (Out of Service) violations during the current 3 year period
• No serious CDL violations during the current 3 year period
• No alcohol related offenses in the last 5 years
• No drug related offenses
• No felony driver offenses

No reckless driving violations No fatality accidents in the last 5 years

Work History:No more than 4 jobs during the

License Requirements:CDL Class A

Rate paid per empty & loaded mile calculated using PC Mller practical miles

based on years employed with Stoughton Trucking Inc.

Flatbed Driver Tarp Pay

• $ 40.00

Pet Policy

• After 90 days of employment. A $250.00 deposit must be paid.

Passenger Policy

• After 90 days of employment you need to fill out the Passenger Authority Request Form. The cost is $13.95 per month after approval.

Vacation Policy/ Holiday Pay

• After one year of employment you are eligible for one week of paid vacation. The vacation pay will be calculated on the previous years earnings divided by 52. After two years of employment you are eligible for two weeks of pald vacation..

Holiday Pay

• You will be paid $50.00 per day for the following holidays: New Years Day Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day,

SIGNING BONUS

• After 90 days of employment, you will be paid $1000.00. You will receive $500.0 on the Friday following your 90th day - then $100.00 per month for the next 5 months.
