Pay Package

Over the Road

• Pay will be $100.00 per day while training.

• Review at 90 days

• Potential to Earn $68,000 to 73,000 Annually

Including: (after training)

• $15.00 per Live Load, Live Unload and

Wash at a Separate Facility

• Detention Pay after 2 hours at $15.00 per hour

• Pump pay $10.00 -additional

• Incentive Pay –Potential to earn up to $160.00 per month –after 3 full months of employment

• $25.00 Sunday Pay

• Additional Loaded Short mileage pay

New Routes to satisfy OTR, Regional and Local lanes of Traffic

Company Bonus / Incentive

Sign on Bonus

There is a sign on Bonus for all newly hired full-time drivers. This bonus is paid as follows:

• $250 at the completion on 90 days

• $250 at the completion of 6 months

Recruitment Bonus

Any full-time employee that recruits an experienced full-time driver will receive a recruitment bonus, paid as follows:

• $150 after 60 days of full-time employment

• $150 after 90 days of full-time employment

The Sign on Bonus and Recruitment Bonus is only for drivers that have not been previously employed.
